To place an order you can either give us a call or send us an email. Files can be sent via email, dropbox or websites like wetransfer.com. We will always get back to you quickly and can usually process an order in 48hours or less.
Below is some helpful information about our printing process. Please read through the entire checklist before sending through your files. We print your file exactly as it is saved so it is very important to check this info to avoid disappointment with the final results.
FILE TYPE: We accept Tiffs or Jpeg files. They must be flattened before sending though.
DPI: Files must be saved at 300dpi
SIZE: Files must be sized to the exact print size you require, including any border you wish to have. They must be sized correctly before sending to us.
PROFILE: Adobe RGB.
FILES: Files can be sent to us via dropbox, wetransfer or just in an email. If you would like to drop off the files in person please email us to arrange an appointment to do so.
POSTAGE: Postage is £6 via Royal Mail first class and takes 1-5 working days. For large orders the cost can increase but we will advise you of this when you order. We send all prints over A3 size rolled in a postal tube. Under A3 is sent flat.
COLLECTION: If you would like to collect from the shop you will need to make an appointment via email or call 07517649196. It is free if you bring your own portfolio case to transport them. Otherwise packaging tubes cost £3.
